At Mahaveda, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in handcrafting and delivering our Ayurvedic + botanical luxury skincare products with love and precision. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to make the process simple and transparent.
Returns
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- For products damaged during transit, a photo or video proof must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days through your original payment method.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
- Return requests made after the 7-day return window.
- Allergic reactions (we strongly recommend a patch test before use).
